I called for some help with my garage door and they were able to get a technician out just an hour and a half later. Brian Rykowski greeted me kindly and quickly got to work. He was able to see the issue immediately, got it working again, offered to install the keypad that I hadn’t set up yet, and explained to me what the problem was as well as gave me some tips on things that could help in the future. A very well spent $92 if you ask me! And was here and gone within a half hour- if that! Incredibly prompt, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable in his line of work. I’m very thankful I called Precision Garage Door of Austin today. Thank you, Brian! (I see some negative reviews about cost. I didn’t need any replacement of parts so I know this was a cheaper fix but I am very happy with how it all went today. Plus, for convenience and a working garage door? Priceless.)
