I called at 8. They said they would arrive between 10-12. Dustin the tech called said he would be there at 1030. He came assessed the problems gave me quotes repaired the problems and I was gone by 1130. Very professional now I am getting quotes for their services where I work. I highly recommend ????

I called y’all around 7 o clock at night and the next morning by 10am James Ward was here! He was very fast, professional, and knowledgeable about our garage and why it was damaged! He called every time he was coming out, in the event if he was going to be late he called he called when he got to the house and said he was at the gate. WOW, what can I say about Precision's technician, Paul. Paul was very professional & courteous. He examined my garage door and once completed, he explained exactly what was wrong, the needed repairs, and the cost. I was given three options based on the cost with an explanation. There was no pressure in my decision in making a choice. I had called several businesses before choosing Precision. What was remarkable, when I went back to their website, I was greeted with a "Welcome Back". That was not enough for me. I scheduled an appointment with Precision & another business. To this day, I have not received a telephone call from the other business. I am most happy with Precision, and I will most definitely refer Precision to anyone who is needing their services. PS: I purchased everything listed except for a new garage doors.

We called Precision in a pinch with our old garage tube, it was internal and it was broken. John Gallerano came right out and my husband and I came to the agreement we needed to just replace the old one with a new torsion and springs instead of having the old repaired. I was so impressed with the professionalism and speed of John. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get everything changed out and working within a matter of hours and at a lower rate than what the competition would have charged for the replacement. I would absolutely recommend John and Precision to anyone looking for updates, repairs, or replacements to their garage!
