Well....the 2 guys that came to our home was very professional & polite, the problem is with the company itself, the advertisement on your home page stating about the $65.00 service charge would be held off with service done! WRONG... They want to talk in circles & at the end there was no $65.00 refund given to us, they had our money & didn't want to give it back!! So, I will not only write this review, I will make it a point to let people know exactly what was done & will not recommend your company for anything! It is a shame!!!

My wife and I just closed on a house 2 days ago, and realized that the garage door opener was malfunctioning. I called Precision yesterday morning and scheduled an appointment for later in the day. Christopher and Edward called an hour before we were expecting them to see if it was alright if they started early! Our garage door opener had been installed by the previous owner, so there were a lot of adjustments to be made. Christopher and Edward could not have been more helpful as they addressed all of the issues and walked us through exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. Our opener is as good as new! Thanks Christopher and Edward!

Hello Sir / Madam, Firstly i was very very happy with Jake the technician. If it was not for him to make me confide in your product I would not have this job done. I was told that the cost would $165.00 after the 65.00 waiver. The cost ended up 345.00. Way too much for my budget. Some other companies I called were way cheaper. Since he was here way before our actual appointment and his pleasant attitude, we got him to install the springs. So my recommendation is that a customer should know what is out of pocket expense would be right there when we call. $10 dollar plus minus is fine. In my case the difference was 100 % Thank You

The inspection report on a house I am selling indicated that the garage door was stopping upon resistance, but was not going back up. In fact, it was going back up, but Chris, the technician, said the springs were pretty well used up, so it would only be a matter of time before they would give out. So, I had the springs replaced. Chris explained everything very well and made sure the door was at its optimum performance before he left. I am very satisfied with the work done and would recommend you to others. I chose your company based on research I did on-line and through speaking with other people.

A great customer experience. Chris arrived on time, and was very polite and thoroughly professional. He performed the inspections, installed a keypad and replaced broken springs. He explained up front what the costs would be so there were no surprises. After he had completed his work, he reviewed what he had done, made sure everything worked, and cleaned up.
