You guys are wonderful. The sudden spring breakage and other parts was shocking and it was great that you were able to come out the same day! Chris was my tech and he explained everything thoroughly and wasn't pushy at what to do. He did great and quick work.

The technician was dispatched promptly to address the fact that the garage door wouldn't open. He was very attentive to the concerns I had with the garage door and pointed out that the coiled spring was broken. He provided very clear information about options for replacing the spring and things that could also be done to ensure good, long lasting performance. He stayed late to complete the job. Because i noticed a loud squeak a couple of weeks after the job was completed, I called the company and they sent a technician out again, who spent another hour performing further repairs at no charge!

On time for installation and good, clean service in the installing. Danny also went over the whole workings of the garage door systems. Seems to be a very well organized company with good employees.

I planned to have the doors replace on Friday but I hadn't clear out my garage enough for Cody to do the job. We scheduled for Saturday but Cody couldn't get the doors out of the warehouse. Sunday was now the day of choice. He arrived at 10 and installed the doors perfectly. Cody always kept me in the loop about what was happening. he is a great tech. Also the price was right!

Their newspaper Ad prompted us to contact Precision about replacing a garage door lift mechanism. No wait time on the first phone call. Pleasant human being answered the call and arranged for a Rep to come out that afternoon. Prompt Quote. Reasonable Price. Great Warranty. And a pleasure to meet Cody who did a very good job on the work done. Almost wish I had a couple more units that needed replacement!
