Five stars! Carlo was terrific. Your dispatcher gave me an approximate time, and Carlo called me from his previous job several times to update me when he would be here to fix our garage door on Wednesday afternoon.. He was very efficient, and courteous, and the door now works great. Precision originally installed both of our garage doors in 1997. So, when one of the doors broke in 2013, I didn't hesitate to call Precision again. I have to say that your installer, Dannie Ray, was very unpleasant to work with at that time. His answer as to why he did not give us the AAA discount was "we're not supposed to offer it unless you ask as, we're just trying to make some money". That's NOT a way to do business. I think that sixteen years of wear on the one door, and twenty years of wear on the other door is pretty good service. Thanks for sending Carlo out to fix it.

I needed help right away. My garage door stoped working. I called precision door, a friendly agent spoke with on the phone and arranged service for me the next day. The cost was fare.my garage door was fixed the next day. I'm happy. Problem solved. Thanks precision door!!!

JP came right on time. Called 30 minutes prior. Knew what the problem was. Checked and adjusted other doors as well. Did show me features of higher up models but did not try to oversell at all. Showed me how to do certain things myself. Voluntarily offered the best price and was done in time. Cleaned and removed all the old stuff. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

I have been a Precision Door customer for several years now. The expertise and professionalism of this company gave me the confidence to have doors installed not only in my own home, but in my rental as well. My most recent experience was nothing less than stellar! My garage door opener stopped working. I tried everything from installing a new battery to changing my code, nothing worked. I called the service number and set up an appointment for the very next day. I would have been happy to keep that appointment, but within 10 minutes of setting that appointment, Chasen, one of the service Technicians, called me and said he could be out within the hour if I would like the work done sooner. I was thrilled that they could come so quickly. Chasen was beyond professional as he diagnosed the problem while educating me about my door. He replaced my old opener with a new and much improved model and was able to do it on the spot at NO CHARGE!! A super huge THANK YOU to whoever hired Chasen!! I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone who believes in getting an amazing product while working with a great company and well educated service people.

I called Precision regarding my garage door problem. The repair technician came the next morning and worked on the hard to diagnose electrical problem. Once it was identified and the part replaced everything worked fine. Luckily the new part on the opener was still under warranty, surprising since the door was installed by Precision 10 hears ago. While he was here I had out old keypad replaced with a better quality one.

The technician was dispatched promptly to address the fact that the garage door wouldn't open. He was very attentive to the concerns I had with the garage door and pointed out that the coiled spring was broken. He provided very clear information about options for replacing the spring and things that could also be done to ensure good, long lasting performance. He stayed late to complete the job. Because i noticed a loud squeak a couple of weeks after the job was completed, I called the company and they sent a technician out again, who spent another hour performing further repairs at no charge!

Not our first experience with Precision, but this visit was as others! Always same day response which is important when one's car is held hostage inside the garage! Dale Robbins, our technician, was personable, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He also pointed out that we had mold on the inside of the garage doors and told us how to get rid of it which we did and it was quick and painless. Haha! Very, very nice!

The service we received today was second to none. Tyler was informative, friendly, timely and even great with my kids. I ended up buying more services than expected not because he "sold" me on anything but because he educated me on my options, how long certain products lasted and were covered by warranty. It was a perfect experience. I recommend him and the company to anyone I know.

Our garage door failed on a Sunday afternoon (of course). Called Precision the next morning, by 2:00 Monday afternoon Nate was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me all my options. He also was easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions. I made my choice and 45 minutes later, on a job that would have taken me days, the garage door worked better than it ever had. And the price was very reasonable! A definite five stars from me.

I called in the evening to request a garage door installation and they were able to install it the next day. The technician was very professional and did a great job. I called them because they installed both garage doors and one door opener previously and I've been very pleased with the doors and the opener, which is very quiet.
