Two years ago I had a new garage door installed by Precision Garage Door, and have been very happy with it. It is smooth and quiet, so much so that people comment on it, saying, "I want one of those!" Today, one of the springs broke, not surprising since the springs are part of the door, not the opener, and are 25 years old. It cost way more than expected to have them replaced, but it was done very well and courteously by the technician. I'm pleased.

3, charged $120 for a controller , that was selling new on line for $30 or less. Should have done it myself. Mike did a good job of replacing seal.

Mike arrived at the prescribed time window and provided an estimate of the cost to replace the door tension springs. The installation went well with the exception of different size springs which required the dry wall to be cut for clearance. I had a coupon which reduced the cost significantly. Mike was professional and competent.

Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me 3 different options to fix my old garage door. They came out the day after I called them. Chris put a temporary fix on the door until they could get the new doors on. Would recommend them to anyone.
