Our garage door broke and we didn't know who to call so we looked in the phone book and you had the biggest ad, so I called and within half an hour, Jordan was here and everything was fixed. I am so impressed with the service and speed of repair. Plus Jordan stopped to say hi to my cat and that always impresses me. We will definitely call again if we have garage trouble. Thank you!!

This repair took only about an hour but the cost was over $450. The only part was a new spring. I felt that the price was too high but I authorized the work anyway.

Outstanding service, quality product. I called on a Friday afternoon to arrange a service call, and an appointment was made for Monday. Adrian, the assigned technician, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He quickly determined that my old (19 years) opener was mechanically worn out, and that my 10 year old torsion springs were undersized for the weight of my door. He replaced both that afternoon, very efficiently and cleanly. at the agreed price. 5 Stars! I am also very happy with the new Marantec opener, after two weeks of use. It is much quieter and smoother than my old Genie Pro, and has a soft start and soft stop. I am confident that it is the last one I will ever have to buy. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to any friend who asks.

We had our garage door spring break late in the evening of 11-14-15. I called precision Saturday morning and had an appt. for an arrival between 6 and 8 pm. Adrian, the service tech, called me about 1 telling me that he could arrive early. Adrian accessed the condition of our door and came up with ingenious fix to strengthen the integrity of the upper panel before he replaced the spring. We really appreciated the extra time and effort that he put in to ensure that the repair would last (considering the overall age and condition of our door). Adrian did a fantastic job!!!! There were a few snafu's but Adrian worked through the problems and never gave up on ensuring that our door would be safe and functional. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and was eager to share his knowledge with me. All in all it was a satisfying experience and we can't give Adrian enough praise for his time, effort and professionalism. Replaced my opener the other one was great a piece had broke off it was maybe 4 years old they replaced it with a newer one, had a guarantee on it. and they came right away and did a great job they tech was polite and explained what had happened even showed me the piece and had a lot of information

Precision had just installed a beautiful new garage door and a very quiet garage door opener for our house when our nephew's garage door was hit by a drunk driver and needed late night repair. Our nephew was out of town when the police called him so he called for our help. We called Precision. A wonderful repairman arrived at the home within an hour and the work was completed quickly. Inspection and service of my garage door and the opener was done quickly and efficiently. The technician was friendly, and answered all my questions. He noted the rubber bottom on the door needed to be replaced and that I needed a new lid for the keypad on the outside of the garage. He did not have these items in his truck, and will be back next week to finish those repairs.

We had our yearly maintenance done and the technician suggested we add a bracket to the door where it opened since the one we had was small and could potentially fail. When he showed it to me it was obvious what he was talking about. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase it. Our tech Cody was very friendly and did the maintenance and added the bracket in a short time. We are always satisfied with Precision for all of our needs over the years. We recommend them highly.
