I recommend Precision for your garage door needs. They answered my call quickly and sent someone to assess the job request right away. Very pleasant employees. Service was good. I wasn’t in a hurry so I was ok with the timeline, especially since holidays were upon us. One suggestion for the company is to make sure of the customers wishes. I asked for remotes to be installed but there was some miscommunication between employees about it. So I’m having to wait for remotes to be ordered then installed. Hopefully it will happen soon. I’ll change to five starts then. 😉

Prompt professional service and advice! I had three garage door openers replaced and got a bunch of extras! I first was introduced to Matt the guy understands the business and gave me a great deal! He handled my concerns and he in turned sent Richard to do my install who was also very prompt (called me within 5 minutes and was at my home in 15 mins) professional, and personable! He made sure the job was done right the first time and I am very happy with their work! Both gentlemen were courteous and if I know anyone that needs their garage repaired or needs new equipment I will tell them to reach out to the two fellas and their company precision door
