Office call excellent, Same day service. Advance notice of service tech w/picture. Excellent!! Service tech was extremely knowledgeable to quickly diagnose the problem, thoroughly presented options/estimates of costs. New drive belt, spring and bearings. Completion time was exact. Showed me the repair results, tested repairs to my liking making sure everything was 100% Showed me what to lubricate and what product to use. Extremely pleased with Precision Door.

Called on a Friday afternoon and got scheduled for later that evening. Emanuel showed up on time and got out of his truck with a smile on his face. Very professional and friendly. Assessed the situation, gave me different options for repair and did the work that was needed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I called Precision after reading their name in the yellow pages. I called and within an hour and a half a technician was at my home. My garage door was not standard to what he had on his truck and made arrangements to return this morning with the correct sized bottom half of my garage door. 5 Stars Across the board ! Should be 10 STARS !!! Professional, Informative, Amazing ! Not Pushy - Everything is explained in detail before anything is completed. A full inspection is completed which is much appreciated ! John & William know what they are doing - pleasant - outstanding ! Great attitude - always smiling ! We had to have our door repaired "after" having it repaired just as recently as last fall incorrectly ! Unreal what we found out - scammed by previous company. Can't believe the difference ! Not only am I confident in the service provided I'm confident IF I need Precision's services again they will be there ! (I'm still making sure the door is going down when I shut it - it's SO quiet !!) Can't thank Precision enough for the product(s) - but most of all MANY KUDOS to the people they staff ! Shout out loud to John & William !!
