My experience with Precision was a positive experience. From my initial call to make an appointment to the arrival and work of the technician. What made the experience positive for me is the individual who answered the phone didn’t bombard me with a bunch of useless questions she let me get straight to talking shop about what I needed. Precision was able to have a technician available to come out the same day I called, while I declined that, it was a pleasant surprise. The day of the appointment the technician contacted me prior to arrival, showed up on time and was able to diagnose the issues I was having and repaired the garage door in 2 hours. Again I was pleasantly surprised. The technician was diligent, thorough and cleaned his working area without having to be asked to do so. I hope I dont hit my own garage door again, but if I do, they will be the first I call.
