Garage door spring broke and door would not operate. Called and they came out within an hour. Provided me three options...door was operational within a hour

Samual Blocker was the service technician and he was Great!! Sam worked for six + hours on installing 4 springs on my garage door along with all rollers, cable drums with cables and knockout bearings without a break. He did a Great and the garage worked better when he finished than when it was brand new. Thank you Samual and Precision Doors!!

I called yesterday morning mid-morning. They tell me someone will be out to see me between 12:00 and 2:00. Around that time I get a call from Joe the technician saying he's not far from me but he run into an issue and he would be here an hour late which was amazing and almost a lost art just to communicate. When Joe gets there he explains what he has and how I wanted to get it done we made the deal and he went to work. He only had two of the openers I needed and he had the third one delivered while he was installing. So from the phone call to closing the doors probably 8 or 10 hours everything was done! Very professional, Joe super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

They did a great job,for the price they quoted.The technicians were very polite and explained everything about the openers they installed.

Tommy Mitchell arrived promptly (same day) and provided friendly and very knowledgeable service. Had our gate back up and running in short order!
