The springs on my garage broke and Precision garage door repair came out the next day and had it replaced within 45 minutes. The technician was very professional and polite and seemed to enjoy his job which showed me that the company as a whole is taking care of him. The spring coils that were needed for mine were a little pricier than the basic Springs due to the weight of my garage door but it was explained to me clearly and the warranty is pretty good.

Jacob, provided updates as to his ETA, programmed my remote control, solved the problem with my keypad (owner error) and repaired the keyed entry that a competitor informed me was broken and needed replacement. Shawn showed up within hours of my call and repaired our garage door in a very short time. Best of all, he was knowledgeable, personable and the price he charged was fair. This all happened after I mistakenly called another online garage door company that tried to fleece me on the repair work and quoted me twice as much as what Shawn did to repair my garage door. Do yourself a favor: call Precision Garage Door first so you don't have to deal with scammers who will lie to you and tell you things are broken that are not. I trust Shawn now and would recommend him to anyone.

Placed call last night, was immediately scheduled for AM service - between 8 and Noon. I appreciated the service representative call to indicate i was third on the list...estimated time of arrival would be closer to 11:30. This allowed me to go to office, instead of wasting time at home. Armondo was professional and effecient...he answered questions...fixed the problem. Although service repair and parts were rather expensive...it was not surprising given our current economic climate.
