I just had work completed on our garade door that was done earlier bad repair by another company. As it turned out they installed the wrong parts to fix our problem. Precision Door Service came quickly and removed the incorrect parts and installed the correct parts that resolved our problem. Jason was an honest and totally professional technician. My garage door wouldn't open and I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning and I would need my car that is parked inside the garage. I called Precision Garage Door Repair Service (l'm a 2nd time customer) but all their techs are already booked for today . I explained my dire situation in the "Chat" and I was told that if/when a tech on the field becomes available, I will get a call. And I did get a call from Russ, who came to my rescue!
