Anass was professional, did a good job and left me some brochures for a new door which I had asked for.

Jose was great! Explained and installed with explanation. Cleaned area and was very courteous and attentive.

Garrett was kind, explained clearly what the problem was, and did a great job.

We needed to replace our very loud 30 yr old garage door opener so chose a belt drive which came with all the safety features. When our technician, Anass, arrived, he made a thorough inspection of our door and pointed out 2 cracked hinges (which would have failed at some point and caused our door to twist). Our rollers were also worn out and would cause extra wear and tear on the new motor (and make it noisy). Making the repairs now would save us grief and money down the line so were appreciative of his attention to detail and approved for him to make the repairs. We can't say enough good things about Anass, he was friendly, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently and cleaned up the area when he was finished. We couldn't be happier with his service. The new opener is wonderful, it's so incredibly quiet! We wish we had done this sooner! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Anass in particular!
