My garage door came apart at the wall bracket and my car was trapped inside as it would not open or close. I called another company with an urgent repair request and they did not return my call. I found Precision on line and from the start, was totally impressed with their efficiency, courtesy, and prompt service. My technician, Tom, was competent, and fast, and evne did some extra reinforcement work on the small garage door as well, all in less than 40 minutes! I would highly recommend this company too anyone in need of great garage door repair service!

Stay awan from this company. I told the operator what part I needed including the part number and she assured me they had the part on the technicians truck. When the technician arrived, he did not have this common part. Then he wanted to charge me $285 for the $10 part that he would have to order and 15 minute install. His other option was to sell me a new opener for $685. What a rip off!

Your guys came out yesterday and had a look at my garage door and found nothing wrong with it, advising the the area around the sensor should be clear of any leaves and other debris. The charge was 29.95 which will not make you rich nor me poor; however, considering Tom was out on 1/28/17 and did correct the tension on the chain, and I called your company again yesterday for assistance (repeat business), I think it would have been a very nice gesture to waive the 29.95. Now and then, this is a good thing to do for a good customer. Thanks for listening. Even though no actual garage door repair was done, in order to submit this review, I needed to put something in the field.

I contacted Precision Garage Door for an estimate to repair my garage door. Mark, the representative, showed up within the time window. He as professional and courteous. Mark provided options to repair the hinge and other broken parts, rebuild the door and replace the door. He provided replacement door and opener options for various price points. Mark provided several written options that were emailed to me within hours of the service call. I would rate the call 4 stars for the professionalism. Price options appeared a bit high.

We were overwhelmed as elderly people to have such a wonderful young man take care of our problem that two of your workers had incorrectly performed. We had a 1994 Genie garage door opener. Precision serviced it a couple of years ago and it was reliable until recently. It was time for a new garage door opener. I was very happy with the work performed by Tony Palmer. He was professional,knowledgeable and made sure I understood the mechanism of its operation. He even programed my car to open the garage door.
