First off, I love that they send you a text message of your Technician. You see their picture and it gives you a bit of fun facts about the individual. I do not know who had the idea to do that, but more companies need to do that. It shows that they care about their people and it makes the visit so much more impactful as you can have real conversations with your Technician instead of small talk. Jose was great.... he played the hardest position in baseball - short stop and 3rd baseman. The level of his athleticism is far greater than anything I could ever do. A very cool guy, humble and informative! He talked through everything; I got a good understanding of the garage door (and know what to expect in the upcoming years - price wise and maintenance wise). At the end of the day, everyone with a garage will need it service. Between the constant use, the weight of the door, etc. maintenance has to come. I would recommend this company. I have their number saved in my phone.

Thank you for your prompt professional service. Called before arriving to give a exact time he would be here. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and gave me several options to choose from. He then fixed it on the spot with parts already stocked on the truck, and in an hour or so had it working again better than new and its quite an old system. Great price and excellent service. Jose was great ! Cable broke day after Thanksgiving. Had someone else close door. Made an appointment to replace all the parts and upgraded motor with Precision. Very professional He spent time to adjust storage rack frames above coil. Very happy with service.
