Justin was on time, educated me on the problem (springs) and what he was going to do to repair it, educated me on preserving/maintaining my garage door, etc. Precision Door responded efficiently to initial call and followed up! Other companies did not...

I rarely write reviews or public comments on companies - but the experience we had last evening with Precision Garage, and particularly with the tech who arrived - Anass Iklid - was so exceptional, superlative, and beyond expectation … that I feel obliged to comment. All of the run up with calling, scheduling, communication, updates - was outstanding from the start. The phone staff is real humans with names given, responsive, polite, thorough. Prior to arrival we received by text a full profile of our arriving tech including a picture, full name, background, and credentials. We received multiple updates and status texts as our service window approached. I was able to reach a human being quickly each time I contacted - and ultimately our tech Asann arrived on time and with a courtesy final eta text. Everything about the pre-process felt safe and professional. So different from other companies we had tried to connect with prior to finding Precison. I can’t say enough about Anass or about the caliber and professionalism of his work. He arrived exactly on time, immediately got down to diagnosing our very unique and difficult situation - and provided multiple options for going forward: detailed, clear, concise. He seemed far more concerned with educating us on safety concerns and honest advice than on pushing to sell…anything. After walking thru multiple scenarios available, he was able to give a formula-driven and transparent set of quotes for different scenarios - answering every question and providing justification and explanation for all considerations at stake. Totally upfront. He was prepared for any choice we made and only seemed to care that it was sensible and safe for us. He thought the work we decided on would take maybe 90 minutes and explained exactly what he was going to do and why. Once started - he encountered all kinds of obstacles and extra challenges that resulted from our garage system being ancient and poorly maintained. No complaints, no re-quotes, no excuses: this guy spent almost 4 hours (!!) of steady work and extra-mile care - surmounting every unexpected development - and worked steadily step-by-step: quiet, thorough, skilled, end-to-end. Extra courtesies like clearing space in our messy garage, taking out the entire motor track to access needed areas, keeping everything clean and orderly: he saw the whole process through and completely solved everything. I checked In periodically and never once did he show annoyance or fatigue at the job being complicated and taxing. He just totally powered thru to completion - was here until almost 10:30pm on a Saturday night!! No upsell, wouldn’t take a tip - just total pro and pleasant. I got him to accept a cup of coffee. All of our prior attempts to deal with others on this felt like scams, scary, strangers showing up asking for cash and changing pricing quotes, not in uniform, dispatch phone numbers that changed when I called back - it’s a sketchy-feeling industry. Even worse for my wife to try to navigate. Anass and Precision completely changed everything. We actually now plan to buy an entirely new set of garage doors and hardware in the future from them when we’re ready - and it is 100% because of Anass and the experience we had. And of course he gave no presssure on that … simply provided their catalog and walked us thru all of the publicly-available info and options. This company - and this tech - are totally outstanding. I’m a real person and this really happened. Thank you guys!!
