I had an emergency situation, the spring had cracked on my neighbors door where I store my vehicle, I needed to be somewhere important in 2 hours. I called Precision, they told me they could only send someone out the next morning, so I scheduled for that. Within 10 minutes, someone from Precision called me back and told me they had a tech who could arrive in 30 minutes. Then, the tech, Mike called me from Santa Monica and I explained to him that we live in Pacific Palisades and due to the recent fire, he would need to pass through a checkpoint to reach us. He called within 10 minutes and told me he was denied entry and told he would need to drive to Westwood to get a contractors pass. Undaunted, he drove to a different checkpoint and told the guardsman that it was an emergency work order, that I was stuck in my garage and low and behold, he was allowed entry!
