Dylan the technician they sent out was amazing, polite, knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions and answered all of them. When we call for our annual maintenance we would like to request him back. Dylan fixed our broken lift cable and replaced them both as well as balanced the door and adjusted it to close property and also lubricated all the moving parts. Thank you so much for sending him out.

Precision was able to come same day. Brian did a thorough job of evaluating the current setup and getting a good history of maintenance etc. Made several recommendations and estimates based on what I might want to consider doing. Explained the cost of each scenario and the good/negative aspects of each. I Made my choice and he completed the project . Made sure to run through the programming setup afterwards and the differences between new system and old system. I felt the cost was fair and Brian was very professional in his presentation of the choices and the completion of the work. Good PR (I work with the public so am sensitive to how others come across). Julian was an absolute professional! He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional during the repair process. He performed a safety inspection of my door upon arrival (pointing out what parts needed repair and they would be installed). He then went over the estimated costs and included warranties. The repair took about 45 minutes. He then took the time to point out all the new parts and how to keep them in working condition. The payment process was easy and was exactly what he quoted me. I would highly recommend Julian. He was awesome!
