From the moment Cameron answered the phone to when Raul showed up at our house. This was a 5 star service. Both of them were polite and professional. Raul was on time and kind and very knowledgeable. Offered to do the work same day which was faster than other bids we had collected. We had a quote for less, but ultimately decided to go through with the repair because it could be done same day. I have used precision in the past and will continue. Please keep up the great work and professional attitudes! To us it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Brandon was able to answer most of my questions at his best regarding installation of the new garage door, etc. He was candid and did not refrain or madeup excuses to appease me as the customer. He informed me that the upgraded hardware package was still not available and to keep in contact with customer service, Olga, when the package would be available and schedule a service technician to upgrade hardware per original agreement/invoice. Overall, Brandon did a great installation job and was pleasant as well...

Wow, I can't believe I wanted so long to fix and update my garage door! Noah was so on time, he was early. Noah was knowledgeable, polite and professional. My service time slot was two hours and I didn't understand how the repairs could get done but with Noah and his assistant, done well within the time frame! Anthony made Saturday as if a friend had come to visit, as he did an extremely professional job on bringing my garage door up to par. He installed the proper rollers and replaced the badly needed weather stripping. He found the skin of a lizard who had crawled into the previous worn stripping to shed it's skin. The garage door opens so smoothly, I want to keep going out to my garage to watch the door open and shut! What a treat and now I don't need to worry about the garage door breaking down. Getting a tune up regularly ensures a healthy garage door.

OVER CHARGE: a hidden labor charge more than $600 for installation garage motor and belt in an hour in total of $1160 invoice. All materials charged more than a half actual price. A 3/4 motor charge $800, a belt and rail $340 and 3 remote control $90. What the cost given and charge??? First time call this service then see how they charge in the invoice. I gave more 1 star for installation but the price cost I gave zero star.

FINALLY got service on Sat. 3 PM after making service appt. on Thurs. Was originally scheduled for Fri. PM but was told technician could not come late Fri,. So we got rescheduled for Sat 12:30-4:30. I requested ASAP since I was cancelled by Precision on Fri., but after several calls technician finally arrived. DID NOT enjoy this run-around!

Salesman was knowledgeable and respectful. $1800 for a garage door opener and door parts that the installer said he can do in 1 hour is completely absurd. This price does not include springs as my springs are fairly new. What is your labor cost? Price gouging at its best.

We had a new LiftMaster Elite Series Opener installed. The service and response by Precision was excellent. The technician Rudy Romero was very helpful in recommending a unit that would best fit our needs and application. Rudy did a fantastic installation and I would give him a 5 star rating. They were very patient with my mom who is elderly and they accommodated our request to have the new garage door installed within a very tight timeframe.
