The best part of the Precision service was the fact that they had someone available on a SUNDAY! Their tech can over Sunday afternoon, helped me get my only car out of the garage (was blocked in by broken door), then secured the broken door in its frame so my home was secure. I ended up buying a door from them and it was installed later that same week.

Jacob from Precision Doors was friendly, spoke respectfully and clearly. He answered our questions and replaced our motor and sensors quickly. Pricing seemed very fair.

We purchased a full set of three new garage doors for our home and are so glad we made the investment. We have used precision garage door in the past and continue to be very pleased with their work. We will use them again with any future needs for sure. Our sales manager Seth was very helpful and took the time to walk we through all the options, giving his professional opinion when asked. Our installer Elvis was amazing! He was prompt and much to my surprise completed the entire project by himself in just one day. He did an amazing job, cleaned up and took our old doors afterwards and stayed to make sure all our remotes and openers were working properly. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

We had a very old garage door fail (old style dounle springs) and had two old doors, likely installed with the house in '65. They sent a team out quickly to repair the spring but the whole setup was old and something else would break quickly. The only real answer was to replace both doors, tracks, springs, and motors. The whole setup was around $6k. To be fair, we chose an expensive insulated door. We had custom colored paint (no additional cost). It took around 6 weeks to build and arrive at thier shop. Elvis did a great install. He was kind and professional the entire time. He installed both doors in around 6 hours after arrival. He even swept up the garage when he was done, which had a lot of dust and leaves inside at the time. It was better than how he found it. We were prepared to paint the door and new trim after the job was done, but the color matched really well. We only need to touch up a small (1 inch) stripe where our larger old trim that was removed left exposed unpainted wood where the smaller trim didn't cover. This is much better than painting the whole door and new trim. Would recommend them for anyone.

Called Precision on Saturday they were able to come out the next day and fix my garage door! The motor gave out and had new rollers installed. Much quieter! Sean was very friendly and did an amazing job! Appreciate you coming on a Sunday!
