Justin was a big help to us! We had a problem with the initial unit were the unit couldn't identify the attached camera and he was able to figure out that the main board had to be replaced. The new one was ordered and he came back out to install it only to find out later that the unit we had wasn't accepting the new board either. He got on the phone with Chamberlain and had them order a replacement unit that is a newer model. He came back out to install it with no additional cost. The install was perfect and everything including the camera now works!

Called Precision on Saturday they were able to come out the next day and fix my garage door! The motor gave out and had new rollers installed. Much quieter! Sean was very friendly and did an amazing job! Appreciate you coming on a Sunday!

We had a very old garage door fail (old style dounle springs) and had two old doors, likely installed with the house in '65. They sent a team out quickly to repair the spring but the whole setup was old and something else would break quickly. The only real answer was to replace both doors, tracks, springs, and motors. The whole setup was around $6k. To be fair, we chose an expensive insulated door. We had custom colored paint (no additional cost). It took around 6 weeks to build and arrive at thier shop. Elvis did a great install. He was kind and professional the entire time. He installed both doors in around 6 hours after arrival. He even swept up the garage when he was done, which had a lot of dust and leaves inside at the time. It was better than how he found it. We were prepared to paint the door and new trim after the job was done, but the color matched really well. We only need to touch up a small (1 inch) stripe where our larger old trim that was removed left exposed unpainted wood where the smaller trim didn't cover. This is much better than painting the whole door and new trim. Would recommend them for anyone.
