    We decided to use Precision Door Company to repair our garage door, and I’m extremely glad we did. Jacob and Blake arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was wrong with our door. They walked us through several repair and payment options without any pressure. I explained that I was trying to keep my expenses as low as possible right now, and they were very understanding and respectful of that. They completed the repair for the price they originally quoted, but what impressed me most was that they also took the time to do some additional fine-tuning to make the door operate even better—at no additional cost. That kind of customer service is greatly appreciated and says a lot about both Jacob and Blake and the company they represent.     I was able to schedule an appointment for the morning after my garage door decided to stop working, Justin showed up on time, was super personable and pleasant, and was able to get my garage door fixed in about an hour and a half. I was pleasantly surprised by the total cost of the repair, I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that Justin did not try to upsell me on anything. I would highly recommend this company for any repair.

    Justin was a big help to us! We had a problem with the initial unit were the unit couldn't identify the attached camera and he was able to figure out that the main board had to be replaced. The new one was ordered and he came back out to install it only to find out later that the unit we had wasn't accepting the new board either. He got on the phone with Chamberlain and had them order a replacement unit that is a newer model. He came back out to install it with no additional cost. The install was perfect and everything including the camera now works!
