Just finished getting my garage door, basically, modernized with new springs, bearings, and rollers. Stephen Z was fantastic! Very informative of what needed to be done, why, and what were the real requirements and what want. Didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, just made the suggestion and I chose to get the additional items beyond the initial springs I wanted to get a little future-proofing on my part. Stephen was then able to get everything done extremely quickly. He also provided me with everything I needed for any follow-ups I may want for my other door, refreshed me on how to contact them if there are any issues, and sent over all the details I wanted for the smart upgrade I want in the future. I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door needs. They have fair pricing, work quickly, and the work and people were amazing to work with. Definitely going to try and ask for Stephen again, next time, too

We did opt out of some but there was not the negative reaction that you may have experienced from others. I was out of state to attend the celebration of life for my eldest sister. My daughter called to inform me that there are issues with the garage door and it would close all the way, plus not open. I thought about your commercials and decided to make an appointment from SC. Justin arrives this morning and he was very friendly and I immediately knew that he knew his job. He examined the door and attachments and then gave me an estimate. I was so happy and pleased with the results. He explained how everything works now. I'm just totally satisfied with Justin. If I have the need again I will ask for Justin!!!
