Brian sholdt the technician showed up on time, I showed him the problem with the garage door he typed up estimate price was good he got right to work fixed the door and I'm back in business with a working garage door thanks again Precision garage door company.

Stephen Z. was our tech and provided excellent service. All repair options were provided without pressure to accept. We did opt out of some but there was not the negative reaction that you may have experienced from others. Overall a timely and professional experience and will go to the top of our list for future garage door repairs as needed!

I was out of state to attend the celebration of life for my eldest sister. My daughter called to inform me that there are issues with the garage door and it would close all the way, plus not open. I thought about your commercials and decided to make an appointment from SC. Justin arrives this morning and he was very friendly and I immediately knew that he knew his job. He examined the door and attachments and then gave me an estimate. I was so happy and pleased with the results. He explained how everything works now. I'm just totally satisfied with Justin. If I have the need again I will ask for Justin!!!

Two days after a service call by another garage door company, my door failed again. They weren’t available on Saturday but would make an emergency call for $300- plus the cost of repair if it was not what they repair two days earlier. (Nationally known company that would not schedule an appt before Monday afternoon.) Justin arrived on time- 2 1/2 hrs later, determined the problem, offered options and completed installation of upgraded lift unit in less than 45 minutes. Neither of us believe the original problem was solved by reprogramming my opener! Justin, you’re my hero! Never going back to “the big guys.” Thanks!
