Our garage door spring broke on Sunday. This is a wood garage door and it is very heavy. We contacted our home warranty company and they couldn't get to us for over a week. So we contacted Precision Garage Door on Monday morning and Sean Barron came out that same afternoon. Sean was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and gave us a lot of guidance and some recommendations. We ended up getting both springs replaced and several upgrades to help with the performance and drastically lowered the noise level of the door. Again Sean was great working with and he was fast. He had everything with him in relation to the parts that were needed. He even clean up everything. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Sean for fast and efficient service.

Precision Garage Door came out the same day on a Saturday and didn't charge an emergency fee. Our garage door wouldn't shut and we didn't want to leave it open over the weekend. Justin was our technician and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable, very friendly and our garage door works perfectly now! Stephen came out and immediately knew what was wrong. He explained everything that needed to be replaced and the things that are optional. He was not pushy on the optional parts but did a very good job of the recommended lifecycle of all the garage door components. I was thoroughly satisfied with his explanations and with the worked that he did! Highly recommend!!!

After our garage doors started to fail and stop closing, I contacted Precision and am extremely happy with the results. Booking was simple and timely, I received email and text notices leading up to the appointment, and Justin H. called me to say he was on the way very early in the scheduled appointment window. Upon arriving, Justin quickly diagnosed the issue (bad rollers, bearings, and worn springs) and did not pressure me to do any additional unnecessary work. The quote was very reasonable so he went to work. He completed the job in under two hours, explained what he was doing along the way, and took the time to make small adjustments that says craftsmanship to me. In the end, I have basically new garage doors that are amazingly quiet and that I know will last as long as I do. Thanks for a great experience!!
