We called y’all be cause a bolt and nut fell off. When the door went up and down it sounded like a garbage truck. Justin was very professional, he was fast and quick. When he finished the garage door now purrs like a kitten. TY, job well done. And wife is very happy.

Came out same day to help us with a busted spring. There was more wrong with the door we have but the pricing was not over the top and didn't feel like we were being sold anything unnecessarily. Stephen Zerkel walked us both through the door operations and helped get us all set up again. Best part when you call you can talk to an actual person right away, will call them again when needed.

My husband and I had a new garage door installed by one of the workers at precision garage door. He was so friendly and professional, and he called me with updates throughout the process because my husband and I were at work. The garage door looks amazing and works great. About a week later, my husband’s remote for the garage door stopped working. I called precision garage door, and Stephen came out the same day and fixed it in about 90 seconds! He was also very personable and professional. I am impressed with this company, and I also think their pricing is reasonable and competitive.

Justin did a phenomenal job today. I was able to get an appointment quickly and he assessed the problem and had everything on his truck to fix it. Elvis did a remarkable job installing 2 garage doors for us. He went way above what any other companies have done. He made sure everything worked like it was supposed to and totally cleaned up any debris. I recommend Precision in general and specifically Elvis.
