Precision Garage Door previously replaced both of our old garage door motors. Recently, one of the doors needed to be adjusted, so we contacted Precision. When we called the lady who answered was amazing. She knew who we were by our phone number and pulled up our file instantly. She was so pleasant and helpful and she had a technician out the very next day and he resolved the problem quickly. He was also extremely cordial and professional. Our expectations were exceeded when making our appointment to have our door repaired as were our expectations for the whole experience. Your repairman, Aaron, came out the same afternoon, which was incredibly fast and unexpected. Although our garage door repairs were challenging and it was brutally hot outside (and inside the closed garage), Aaron had an excellent attitude, he was very knowledgeable, and clearly explained what he was suggesting be repaired or replaced and why, as well as showing us the parts involved prior to doing the work. We were given the work quote, and not only did it not increase after the job was completed but our price actually went down due to the military discount that was given (thank you). Now that everything is done, our garage door works very well and we are extremely pleased with the whole Precision experience.

The tech, Adam was very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me several options to help meet my budget. He was not pushy at all. Initially, I needed springs, but he recommended bearrings as well as they were starting to wear. He also educated me on things I could do to minimize wear and tear on the door. I’ve used Precision in the past and will continue to do so if I need them. I will also highly recommend them as they are very reliable, show up on time, even on the weekends! Shout out to Adam he delivered exemplary, customer service!!!

My son-in-law recommended Precision. I've been a "do-it-yourselfer" from when I was a boy. As such, I came to realize that some projects were not meant to be undertaken by a novice in the field. So I called Precision. While I wouldn't attempt the project, I do know a good craftsman when I see one operating. He cut to the chase, and was efficient and confident. No hesitation.
