Isak was the one that came to help and he was amazing, professional and fast. I made a reservation for 2pm and he called to ask if he could come early. He was about 30 minutes early which was great for us. He was very informative! I will be calling them if there is something I need in the future. Even the receptionist that helped me Schedule the appointment was helpful, professional and made me feel comfortable in my selection.

I contacted Precision at 4:10 pm and Kevin arrived within an hour. After checking our opener he quoted us a repair cost, and a replacement cost. He did a very professional job replacing our old opener, lubricating the door, and programming our car remote to accommodate the new system. Leaving our home within an hour and a half. What a great response to our problem by Kevin and Precision. My wife and I are very happy we chose to contact Precision. Great job Kevin! We highly recommend Precision.

James was my technician today. What a kind and knowledgeable person he is! He replaced the spring and the capacitor but the motor still would not work. So he called the Genie company, explained the problem, found out it was still under warrantee, and GOT THEM TO SEND ANOTHER ONE FOR FREE! He went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you for everything.... I will certainly call Precision and ask for James again!
