Review: Service initially was to replace coil springs (one broke), but after discussion with the technician (Doug Naporano), I elected to have the entire motor and rail assembly replaced along with the coil springs. Doug is very knowledgeable and personable. This survey form should allow for multiple choices in each of the drop-down menus.
