Austin Reed, the outstanding technician that came to the house, was able to get here within a couple hours of my call to provide excellent same-day service. Austin was knowledgable, professional, and very courteous. He troubleshot the issue and had things working in no time. As we have a large and heavy garage door, this was an open opportunity to upsell us on a new opener or other stuff we do not quite need yet. There was none of that, just a recommendation and a detailed estimate for when the time comes to replace our 10 y/o opener. Great honest work, at a fair price with a Military discount. My service technician was John Duff. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. He explained every step in replacing a trosion spring for my garage door, and made sure I understood the need for replacing certain other parts, such as the belt on the belt drive with missing teeth and the bar. The belt bar is much sturdier, and I like it. The most important part I got out of his explanations, and this experience was durability versus fragility, which means a lot to me. I would rather have quality parts that are going to work for a long time than what I had originally. Thank you John!
