The repairman, Thomas was very knowledgeable, professional, and also a very pleasant guy. He took care of our needs and pointed out a couple of other points that I should know about the whole system. The technician came out when promised and knew his stuff. Got the repairs done pretty quickly and explained everything. Replaced Torsion Springs, Drums and Cables...both sides are new to assure that the other side wouldn't fail too.

Our garage door remote had stopped working. We bought new battery but that was not the problem. Then bought new remote but again not the problem. Turned out the system needed to be replaced along with the belt, etc. It was quoted and the job was completed the very next day. A job well done!

Where do I start? From the first days the garage door was a blast of noise. How could it not be with all the metal parts grating each other. We got used to it and each day since 2005 the door went up and down twice. Few weeks ago it would not close. I used the manual release and once reconnected thought the worst was over. Then, the very day we were rushing for an appointment the door again would not close. This time when I used the manual release the door sprung forward with a thunderous crash. I did not see any damage, but then other than watching the door go up and down I don't know how its broke. I called Precision Garage Door and set up an appointment. Scott got here late in the day and I was hoping he could easily make the fix and we'd move on. But, no it was not that simple. The spring broke, but that was not all. Wear and tear had taken its toll demanding a door overhaul. It occurred to my wife and I that maybe we could leave the door as was and put in an extended driveway with an awning. Nah! So, we got the door fixed by Tyler the next morning. While I was hearing Tyler work it occurred to me that with each turn of the wrench our door was being restored. There was a new sound and I wondered... oh my gosh! Our door was quiet! Tyler made some adjustments and with each I had to listen carefully or I'd miss the closing and opening. An hour and a half and we were back in business! I got the 10 year warranty and feel satisfied my next call to Precision Garage Door will not be for the work they did, but for something else. In summary I am very impressed with the service and technical expertise these fellows posses. It's going to be different now that I can't hear the door go up or down from inside the house. My wife noticed how quiet the door is and she's happy, do I'm happy too!

From first contact to completion, There was nothing but professionalism on the part of the Precision personnel. I called in the early evening/late afternoon (4:00 pm) and was told I would receive a call the next day. I did receive a call, from Beau (excellent job), and was scheduled for an appointment that morning. The morning visit was quick and I was scheduled for a installment that same afternoon. Then Dillon called to say he was on his way. He started the install at about noon and finished at about 4:00 pm. Quite good for an install on a 16-foot long, 8-foot tall door by one guy (another excellent job.) Thrilled to now have a belt-drive vice a screw-drive door, much quieter. Clean up was quick, complete and another excellent job.

Thomas called on the way here, and was very timely and helpful.
