Brian York, with Overhead Precision Door Service, came to my house this morning responding to a call to fix my garage door. Brian was polite very professional. He explained in detail exactly what needed to be done to make the door work properly. Unfortunately, they do not work on the garage door I have. The only thing he could do was offer me a new door which was more expensive than a repair. He suggested I contact the company that offers this repair service. I felt this was extremely honest and helpful. I would recommend Brian to anyone who needs to repair or replace a garage door!

Your service technician, Alex, did a great job. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough in his inspection of my garage opener system and in his repair of my spring replacement. Kudos to Alex. The 3 service packages Alex presented were reasonable. I selected the Basic package. The other packages didn't align with my needs and budget since I perform my own annual preventative maintenance and my hardware is in good condition. I just received and paid my bill for service performed on 3/16/23. The service tech was very friendly, but as part of the Tune Up Special @ $59.95 the only maintenance that was performed was spraying lubricant on the rollers, hinges, and springs. The lift mechanism track was never inspected or lubed, nor was the balance of the door checked. I pointed out the issue of bubbling on the windows on the garage door. He took pictures but I've received no feedback. I'm not sure what is included in your 25 Point Safety Inspection that wasn't completed.

The storm door looks very good and is easy to roll up and down. Still awaiting one piece of trim and paint over a couple of scratches. The initial meeting and follow up measurement meetings were excellent. Explained the door and followed up with any questions we had. Only complaint was the poor coordination between the office and the installation guys which required us to alter our plans to go meet them.
