my garage broke on a Friday night. My garage is set up as my man cave and is important to me to have the door to open. Lol. To be honest, I googled garage door companies and advertisement came up for yelp. I fill a lot of questionnaire and a bounce back With precision and two other companies. Because I saw precision open at 8 AM on Saturday I decided to physically call them versus waiting. They were able to set me an appointment for later on that afternoon. Joshua Robbins was my technician. It was a delight to work with . He was very professional, gave me many options to choose from, and definitely understood what he was doing. He corrected the problem very quickly and now my garage door works better than ever and I was happy as I can be. I would recommend their services to others.
