    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars — Expertise, Follow-Through, and Outstanding Service We have three garage doors, all using a Precision Garage Door system. Initially, two of the garage doors were giving us problems — the remotes were unreliable, and the interior wall controllers were not functioning properly. We contacted Precision Garage Door Services, and Bryan Lee came out to diagnose the issues. From the start, Bryan demonstrated a high level of experience and technical expertise. He was able to get both problematic doors fully operational again, restoring proper function to the remotes and wall controls. He also recommended enrolling in a routine maintenance program — including proper lubrication and hardware checks — to keep all three garage doors running smoothly long term. On the second visit, which was scheduled as part of the maintenance program, Bryan discovered additional issues beyond routine maintenance on one of the garage doors. Using his experience and attention to detail, he traced the problem to an incorrectly wired connection. Once the wiring was corrected, the door began working beautifully. I also want to give special thanks to dispatch and the office team. I specifically requested Bryan for the follow-up maintenance service, and they listened to my request and made sure he was scheduled to return. That level of responsiveness and follow-through matters. I am extremely happy with Bryan’s performance, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
