I called the company and had service the very next day at a time frame of my choice.Technician, Brian York, patiently spent his time explaining all the options, then did an excellent job repairing & installing all the parts plus helping me set up financing and finally explaining how everything works. EXCELLENCE AT WORK HERE!! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I called mid-day and had a Technician (Nathan Sams)show up before the end of the day to diagnose my garage door opener issue! He gave me 4 options to repair and/or replace my opener! He came back this morning and completed the replacement in 2 hours versus the 3 1/2 hours that was initially quoted. Nathan is a consummate professional! Your company is lucky to have this young man on your staff! Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional! I highly recommend this company!

Our garage door started acting up on the 22nd and we called Precision Door. They said they would have someone out between 3 and 5 pm, about 30 minutes later Jake called and said he was available then and I'd it be alright if he came then (about 11 am). He showed up and after a few minutes told us our motor was playing out. He said he could work up some estimates, he took about 15 minutes and came back with several options: #1 he could adjust it and it might work for a couple of months. #2 he could just replace the motor, but that would stress the older parts. #3 he could do an over all replacing on the worn parts. We discussed it in depth with him and decided to go with #3. Scheduled it for the 6th at 8-10 am. Jake arrived on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. When he was done he explained everything he had replaced and asked if we had questions. Very nice young man, very professional and respectful. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone who needs their expertise.

A couple of years back I had both of my garage doors replaced by Precision Garage Doors. I have been completely happy, not only with the doors but with the service after the sale. For example, a storm went through Crestview recently and the power was on, then off, then on, the off again for 18 hrs. The electrical problems messed with the automatic door function, but a quick phone call to Precision and all was working perfectly again. Each and every time I have had to call with a minor problem, the personnel at Precision have been very helpful. The service could not be better. My technician at the beginning was Chris Taylor and he helped me again today by walking me through the process on the phone to get my door to operate properly. If I could I would give them six stars.
