He not only fixed my garage door opener, he fought(literally) with the warranty company to replace the whole thing and won. He could have easily just replaced some parts to get it back up and running, but felt that wasn't the right thing to do. Brian I want to thank you for your honesty and integrity. When he arrived, he was very courteous and assessed the situation of the garage accident thoroughly. He then explained what he planned to do and offered several options. What I thought was going to be a long repair session turned out to be just less than one hour, and he did a fantastic job.
