Initially, two of the garage doors were giving us problems — the remotes were unreliable, and the interior wall controllers were not functioning properly. We contacted Precision Garage Door Services, and Bryan Lee came out to diagnose the issues. From the start, Bryan demonstrated a high level of experience and technical expertise. He was able to get both problematic doors fully operational again, restoring proper function to the remotes and wall controls. He also recommended enrolling in a routine maintenance program — including proper lubrication and hardware checks — to keep all three garage doors running smoothly long term. On the second visit, which was scheduled as part of the maintenance program, Bryan discovered additional issues beyond routine maintenance on one of the garage doors. Using his experience and attention to detail, he traced the problem to an incorrectly wired connection. Once the wiring was corrected, the door began working beautifully. I also want to give special thanks to dispatch and the office team. I specifically requested Bryan for the follow-up maintenance service, and they listened to my request and made sure he was scheduled to return. The repairmen showed up when they said they would. A part needed to be ordered. It seemed to take a long time for the part to come in. Only a call from me caused them to follow up, after which they had the part in 2 days. The employees in the original visit and the installation visit were exceptionally nice, courteous and able to answer questions fully.

Cody and Kenneth were both really great technicians. They were able to accommodate a quick repair and provided great service, attention to details and thorough knowledge of their craft.

Hunter Kinnard came out to my house on December 10, 2025 and repaired my garage door. Hunter was very professional, courteous and had a great attitude. He was very well dressed and looked professional. He went over with me with the issues with my garage door were and what he was gonna do step-by-step to repair it. Hunter was great to work with I will be referring my neighbors and family to him for future business.
