Dylan Shipman came to my house and provided me a quote to service my garage doors. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done and why. Josh arrived the following day to perform the maintenance and repairs. He went above and beyond showing me which parts he replaced for warranty purposes. He also showed me what parts needed to be sprayed with white lithium grease every 6 months to keep my doors operating smoothly…..which I videoed. The repairmen showed up when they said they would. A part needed to be ordered. It seemed to take a long time for the part to come in. Only a call from me caused them to follow up, after which they had the part in 2 days. The employees in the original visit and the installation visit were exceptionally nice, courteous and able to answer questions fully.
