Called the team at precision Door service to install a garage door on our new construction home. Decided to purchase an insulated door with impact glass and a side jack motor so we did not have that bar and chain down the middle of the garage ceiling. Searching for a company to replace my garage door and sent requests to multiple businesses. Precision responded within 15 minutes after I sent my request. Jason was able to not only email me but spoke with me to get a technician to come by my house in a couple of days to go over what my options were for a replacement garage door. Chris who was the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping choose what best would fit my need within my budget. I have not heard from the other businesses as I wrote this review. Your two men that came to fix my damaged garage door did a fantastic job and had the door working again as it should in a short time. I did appreciate their honest advise that the damage was fixable and not to have to buy a new door for the problem as some might have to take advantage of elderly people just to make a sale . Furthermore, when someone arrived the next day we had to make some installation changes due to the nature of the closeness to the ceiling. I was told Jason would contact me to schedule the installation as discussed. Never heard back from anyone at precision door. The trust factor is now none existent. Left review on most social media and Yelp.

Our home sustained damage to some electrical components due to a recent lightning strike - one of those components being our garage door opener. Kirby was the technician who responded for the service call and he did a great job. The safety sensors at the bottom of the tracks had been blown out from the lightning strike and the board inside the motor had been fried. Kirby explained each step of the process as he worked, keeping me updated with the progress and giving me maintenance tips that would help extend the serviceable life of the door and the mechanical system. Kirby was very personable as he completed the job and I am very satisfied with the work he did...and at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to call on Kirby and Precision Door Service if and when something goes wrong with the doors in the future. Thanks, Kirby, for a job well done.
