I called Precision Door Service this morning & Brian York, Residential Door Technician came this afternoon & assessed the situation with my garage door. He gave me a quote and explained it all in great detail. I did retain them today. Very knowledgeable & showed me his credentials. Very pleased with presentation thus far.

I 💯 recommend this company I have used them on and off for years and always have been more than satisfied. Today was no exception, a young man by the name of Brian York came as my technician. He not only fixed my garage door opener, he fought(literally) with the warranty company to replace the whole thing and won. He could have easily just replaced some parts to get it back up and running, but felt that wasn't the right thing to do. Brian I want to thank you for your honesty and integrity. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your hard work.

I called mid-day and had a Technician (Nathan Sams)show up before the end of the day to diagnose my garage door opener issue! He gave me 4 options to repair and/or replace my opener! He came back this morning and completed the replacement in 2 hours versus the 3 1/2 hours that was initially quoted. Nathan is a consummate professional! Your company is lucky to have this young man on your staff! Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional! I highly recommend this company!
