After a rough start Precision management made things right. I had a garage door motor replaced after moving into a new house. The original installation was sloppy with lazy workmanship. When I called management they immediately took action and had everything fixed quickly. The finished product works well and looks cleanly installed.

Hunter came to figure out what was going on with our doors and Tyler came the same day for the repairs. They made the whole experience very easy. I would like to share how professional and friendly the staff are. The tech came to my house did an inspection of the garage Door and explained what needed to be done. In no time at all the ball was rolling and completed within a couple of hours.
