I continue to be amazed at the expertise and quality of service from Precision Door. I was able to get a next day service appointment so no waiting. It will always be my go to company for all things garage. Alex, the technician, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and no pressure sales. He worked quickly; explained all features associated with my new garage motor; and helped me set up my garage door outside remote and garage door link in my vehicle. Totally pleased with this experience.

Absolutely wonderful service! Have used this business before and their customer service is outstanding. The technician was thoroughly professional and well trained in the service he was providing. We will certainly call them again when service is needed.

The first technician came out and install a new master Lift and un be knowing to us. He did not use the new cable instead he used our old cable and some other old parts. Some bolts he did not tighten us. This was causes some many issues in opening and closing the garage door with the master lift. Jacob was the second technician that came out and notice and replaced the new parts and took care of our problems. Also, a year or so ago another technician, whose name escapes me did not put enough glue to to concert to hold the hard rubber in place on the floor. Now to correct the problem it will cost me $299.00. Thank you. Phillip Russ, IV

Very knowledgeable, well spoken and answered all questions concerning the garage doors. The installation was done in a timely manner. The only thing that was irritating was trying to get in touch the tech or installation people you have to go through the home office and they send a message to that person. I’m sure they have a reason for that but a big pain in the butt.
