Nathan was our garage technician who did an outstanding job. He contacted me before he arrived as he was on his way, which was early. When he arrived, he was very courteous and assessed the situation of the garage accident thoroughly. He then explained what he planned to do and offered several options. What I thought was going to be a long repair session turned out to be just less than one hour, and he did a fantastic job.
