My garage door was partially disconnected from the metal frame. Your technician, Paulino Urias, quickly situated it so that the door would move up or down so that we could keep it on tract until repaired. He explained the difference between repairing this old door and purchasing a new door. We chose a new door and Urias explained and prepared the invoice. Solomon Kim, your technician, arrived 3 days after with the new door and all the parts to go with it. He installed the door within 4 hours. And then answered any questions we had about openers, remote openers, app, etc. Both technicians were very knowledgeable re garage doors.

Did we meet your expectations? Better than I'd hoped! Did we solve your problem? Absolutely! Were the people who represent our company courteous and professional? Shannon Webster was both courteous and professional, despite it was a Sunday night. Were they helpful? Thoroughly! Was there anything in our advertising that gave you more confidence (e.g., Quick response, Local, BBB rated)? Excellent web site, pix of technicians, reviews and the fact that you had emergency service. Mr. Webster quickly diagnosed the issue (a failed circuit board) in one of the two LiftMaster units installed in our garage. He did such a great job, we soon will ask that he return to replace the second unit. Both were installed early in 2001. Previously we've used another garage door company that I discovered is not available on an emergency basis such as a Sunday and after normal hours. Based on yesterday's experience with Shannon Webster, we are now Precision customers!

The estimate given when calling in is not explained or quoted correctly. Told customer service that I had a broken spring and was quoted only the cost of the spring. The repair calls for cables as well plus labor. They also don't tell you that they do not carry the springs any more. The final repair ends up costing around $600. more than the estimate.

My experience was so satisfactory. I called your office in the morning and the crew was at my house by 2:00 the same day. They installed a new garage door opener, a new spring, rollers, brackets, cables, new eyes, outdoor key pad,remote. The crew was very professional explained everything to me gave me options and were very kind they absolutely knew their job. Before they left in about 2 hours everything was checked out to make sure everything was working perfectly.
