While waiting for the door was many months, the rest of the Precision experience was fabulous. Informative when they quoted. At installation Craig and Horace were very nice and did a great job; Craig explained all of the needed points well so that we take care of our beautiful, quiet, wifi connected, and insulated new door. Highly recommend.
My garage door suddenly fell ( it was quite old) and when I called Precision on a Sunday they had a person on call who found my name from a previous repair a few years ago. They came out and opened the door so,I could remove the car. A new door was installed in a short time. It was what I ordered but not what I thought I ordered. For a rather small fee they quickly corrected the problem. I was very pleased with the service and everyone was very helpful and nice.
