Worked today with Dustin Bourchier. Great experience overall. Thought the doors needed a tune up as they were getting noisy and one had a sensor that was malfunctioning. The recommendation was to replace the old spring system with a new safer system which was fine. The sensor issue ended up being a problem with the opener which was 32 years old and had finally started to fail. Had both doors refitted and Dustin stayed until the job was done. I am happy with the upgraded systems and the doors have never been quieter. Dustin was great to work with, very professional and personable. Would work with him again but hopefully won’t need to for some time!
