*(3/4/26) Updating my initial review. I initially felt that the pricing for the parts when my garage door opener was replaced was higher than expected. Precision responded to my review and the manager reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciated them taking the time to address the issue and work toward a satisfactory resolution. I originally chose Precision because they previously came out after hours to replace a broken spring and did excellent work. The service was timely, professional, and reliable. Today we had another issue related to the sensors that wasn't caused by the installation. Dustin, the same technician who handled our previous issue, came out again and worked directly with my wife since I wasn't home. He explained that sunlight could sometimes interfere with the sensors, repositioned them to resolve the issue, and took few minutes to share information about common garage door issues and routine maintenance, which was very helpful. Overall, we've had consistently good experiences with Precision. We would definitely use them again and recommend them. I would still encourage customers to get additional quotes so they can compare pricing and choose the option that best fits their needs, but the quality of the service and workmanship has been excellent. (2/12/26) Great work, but the pricing was ridiculous. They really overpriced the parts that I needed.

Have used their services at 2 different houses. Highly professional, thorough with consultation, and efficient installation. In both instances very pleased with the repairs and upgrades to our garage doors. Thank you Dustin.
