My neighbor was having their garage door repaired , whereupon I asked the repairman to check mine as I was having problems. David Sweeney promptly and efficiently explained my weakened springs system as a diagnosis. I contracted to replace said springs and a damaged door lift bracket. The work was done to my total satisfaction and in a fast manner. He also lubricated and cleaned the rollers.

I had a garage door that seemed to be sticking. I though it was the rollers but turned out to be a paint issue. The technician fixed this problem for me at no charge and while he was there I had him replace my metal rollers with new Teflon/rubber and they worked great. The door is smooth and the noise is reduced greatly. Great company and great technician.

This is the third garage door precision has installed for us. First 2 on our rentals and this is our home. The quality of the people is the best experience we have worked with. The quality of the doors is the best we could find. It is so easy to design on their website. You get to see how it will look ahead of time so no surprises. My advice, go with the best quality door and motor you can afford. There are plenty of "cheap" doors you can find with other companies, but if you want the best all around experience, you cant beat Precision.

We chose Precision because their Angie's List rating was among the very best, and based upon our experience with the company it's easy to see why they enjoy that high rating. We had to replace the entire unit for one of our garage doors. Our technician, Brandon, arrived the same day we called the company, inspected the unit and told us what are options were, in order to get the door operable. Once we selected the unit we wanted, Brandon quickly and effectively had us back up and running! We are completely satisfied with the service and price from Precision and would definitely recommend them to others. As a matter of fact, within the next few months at the latest, we will be calling the company again to replace our other garage unit! In comparison to the new unit, the old unit is noisy and SLOW! The positives were the tech "Al" was on time and called in advance to let us know of arrival time. He conducted his inspection, repaired spring and cleaned up his mess. The reason for the rating of 3 is due to the billing. I was quoted $88-160 for replacement spring. I specifically asked if there was a service call fee and was told no by the scheduling representative. However, on the invoice that was emailed to me (well after the tech left) there was a $59.00 service call fee added to my invoice. This is completely the opposite of what I was told when scheduling the appointment. I would have questioned the charge with the tech, but I was not able to see copy (or not shown by the tech) of the invoice, only able to electronically sign the work order. It was only after the tech left that the invoice was emailed and there was the service call that had been added. As a business owner, myself, I always so my clients a completed invoice before having them sign any documentation or before asking them for payment. That is a suggestion I would recommend for your company so that your customers can question the tech while there. Both my husband and I assumed the slightly higher amount paid was because the spring didn't fall into $180 category and was a bit higher, along with taxes added to the bill. It is very misleading and I question why your scheduling staff states there is no service call fee for coming out.
