Service Technician Allen Morgan was excellent, he took the time to explain the reasons our garage door was so noisy. He explained what the maintenance package covered and provided a written estimate for us to review. Once we understood the cost and the service we consented to have it done on the spot. It took him just over 30 minutes to replace our worn out metal rollers with new nylon ball bearing packed rollers, tighten, lubricate and inspect all hinges and fasteners. We tested the door several times and what a difference! So nice to have a much quieter opening and closing. Allen did not try to up sale us on anything and didn’t recommend anything thing we didn’t need. Overall experience was excellent, we would recommend Precision Garage Door from our service today!

Worked today with Dustin Bourchier. Great experience overall. Thought the doors needed a tune up as they were getting noisy and one had a sensor that was malfunctioning. The recommendation was to replace the old spring system with a new safer system which was fine. The sensor issue ended up being a problem with the opener which was 32 years old and had finally started to fail. Had both doors refitted and Dustin stayed until the job was done. I am happy with the upgraded systems and the doors have never been quieter. Dustin was great to work with, very professional and personable. Would work with him again but hopefully won’t need to for some time!
