Emilio did a great job of communicating his arrival time. Once on site, he was professional and efficient. He was clear about the work required and the cost before he started working. He worked very efficiently. And he was clear about demonstrating the results of the work afterwards. I would definitely use Precision again.

Our garage door was stuck. After slamming shut with a sound like thunder on Saturday evening, we knew something had gone seriously wrong but we didn’t know exactly what. Enter the Google search, the warnings of “do not try this yourself,” and another search and subsequent scheduling of an appointment. Emilio kept in touch with me prior to the appointment about his arrival time and was very clear with what had gone wrong with the door once he arrived and he’d had a chance to take a look. It was the worst case scenario but the way he presented it made the worst case not so bad in the end. He replaced our builder grade broken down equipment with much better quality replacements. It took a little over an hour to get everything done and inspected and he did great work. My husband and I are so grateful for Emilio’s help with our garage door. It’s so good to have the door back, rather than an addition wall!
