Philip was excellent and very Trustworthy. Also, I was offered a discount that Expired, But I explained why it was not able to have the job done before the expiration date and they still honored it. We definitely use this company in the future for any garage door needs Because of Philip!

This is the best company in Atlanta. Came out the same day to my dealership Bella Nissan and fixed our door to our service department. Anthony watts is a tremendous employee. I would like to take this time and recognize two individuals from the Precision Garage Door service team that help remedy an issue that I’d been having with my garage door unit that I purchased from Precision last year, Dustin B (Manager) and Juan G (Service Technician). My initial call to Precision was due to a faulty garage door unit in which I had to consistently reset once or twice a week for nearly 6 weeks, being fed up with the issue; I contacted Precision Garage Door service regarding this constant issue, only to be told that, the unit is out of warranty and that I could purchase another Unit for replacement for a cost of ~$600, I was not happy with what was being told and explained to me regarding this unit and the warranty coverage and I verbally stated this (and not in the most professional way) little did I know that my unhappiness was being escalated to next level Management; Dustin B, who took the time and contacted me over the weekend to discuss the matter and remedy the situation. I am happy to say that the unit was replaced as he and I agreed on and Juan G came out to not only replace the unit but stayed at my residence to ensure everything was functioning properly. These two gentlemen are valuable assets to Precision Garage Door Service, and I am now an advocate for you! Thus, if someone ever has an issue with there Garage door or just need a tune-up, replacement etc. I will refer them to this company as well as speak highly of these two your men!!
