I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous and efficient service I received from Precision Doors. We live in Chattanooga, TN. We own rental property in Decatur. My tenant called at 1030 am to inform us the garage door wasn’t working. I googled garage door repairs in Decatur, GA. Precision Doors came up. After reading the great reviews. I decided to give them a call. From the initial conversation with the young lady in customer service I knew I had found a gem. She was professional and courteous. She estimated that a technician would be available today from 2-6 pm. I was excited and happy that they were able to fit me in today. Well, within 5 mins of hanging up from her. The technician Adam King called and said he was available to come to the house within 20 mins! I informed my tenant who was at home and available. Adam assessed the issue and quickly called me back with the estimate of the needed repairs. He was polite and explained things to me In a manner in which I could understand. He finished the work and emailed the invoice, pictures and called me afterwards. His calm manner and professionalism put me at ease from the minute I spoke with him. Thanks to the team at Precision Doors for delivering outstanding customer service!

This is the 3rd time I have used this company (3 different homes). I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism from the sales person to the technicians who did the installation. Each time I watched the technician fasten the first piece then the second and so on. Knowledge of the trade and training is very evident and shows in the first product. Technician was always polite, maintained perfectly neat work area. Every piece of waste was cleaned into his own bucket.

Precision Garage Door, I am totally please with this company because they sold me on very efficient garage doors to fit my garage hight. They recommend lift master products. I am impressed with the products performance and quietness. I had called for an estimate. They set an appointment time and they kept me imformed as to the time as he arrived as agreed. They scheduled an appointment time for the install , and arrive that day to do the work on time. It took the technician a day to install 2 garage doors, and 2 garage openers with it asseccories. They took away the old doors, and cleaned up. There was no messing around. Thier work were with precision and precision with employees. I put their name on the outside of the door. Good Job.

The bottom rubber of my garage door needed to be replaced. The tech, Dustin, said it looked like it had been chewed, possibly by a rat. He also said my springs needed adjusting. Dustin is a nice friendly guy (would be comedian). He performed the service quickly. Im happy with the work he did. BUT, I think $368 is over priced.

I got great service in one day. I needed two new springs and four (not the six possible) bearings. The affable technician Jeremy showed my why, each step of the way. No pressure. His credibility was apparent and I feel very good about this transaction, even though we won’t be able to afford to eat for a few weeks. ???? It was a good experience starting with the two appointment workers to this installation and service.

I chose Precision because of the positive information read during my search for a company to repair my garage door. My experience with Precision was very pleasant and satisfactory. In fact, Precision is the epitome of what I believe good service should be. The repairman, Michael Attison, arrived at my home on the day and within the time frame agreed upon. Michael was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem with my door (broken springs), told me what my options were to repair it, and let me know the cost. I chose to do a conversion, which he said he would be able to do in about an hour. True to his word, he did an excellent job with the conversion in about an hour. I paid my bill and he was off to his next job. 5 stars!!)

I chose Precision based on TV advertisements, website and customer comments which was very helpful in my decision making process. The first thing that made my service great was the fact that my appointment time was between 2 pm – 6pm and I was very satisfied when the technician called at 12:45 to ask if he could arrive early. Upon saying yes, he was there within the next 15 minutes. After introducing himself, we discussed the issue with the garage door and if I didn’t understand, he explained everything in detail that would need to be done in order to repair it. I can truly say that he was very courteous, professional and friendly. Joseph didn’t hesitate beginning the work and I was totally surprised when within the hour he said the job was complete. Afterwards, we looked over the work that was done. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. I’m glad to say that I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks for a job well done!!! Great service.

I have been doing business with Precision Garage Door Company for over 20 years. I call and the young lady gives me a Day and time. The service tech shows up on time. Our service Tech was Mr. Phillip King. I had purchased a New Garage Door Opener from Home Depot, (1-1/4 HP) Thinking that I could install it my self. Well I did but it took me 3 full days to install it after making many mistakes. After Installation was complete, the Garage Door Opener had a hard time lifting the Door. I noticed on the Wall mounted Key Pad that it had Diagnostics on every thing. It said that the Motor was over stressed. That could not be correct, I bought the Biggest ans Best unit Home Depot had. Then it dawned on me, 1 or both of the springs must be broken. so I called Precision. They gave me an appointment the next day (Sunday) Between 10:00 & 12:00. Phillip showed up @ 10:30 Phillip assessed the situation and determined that: 1. The wrong size springs had been installed at some time in the past. 2. The bearings on the pulley/s were gone. 3. The cables were frayed and about to brake. Phillip gave me an estimate on the repairs and I told him to go ahead go ahead with the repairs. Phillip was very perfissional in his work, He had all the correct Parts that he needed, and he had all of the correct tools he needed. He did not have to tell me that he had to come back because he did not have the correct parts or tools. I left Phillip completely alone to do his job. when he was done he called me to come and inspect the job he had completed. The door now goes up and down with ease, the way it should. I give Phillip King 5 stars and then some. He is a true asset to your company.
