Craig Killings, my technician, executed the garage door installation with remarkable expertise. His professionalism, efficiency, and product acumen were evident throughout the process. Furthermore, he provided thorough instruction on all facets of the door's operation, including the keypad, opener, mobile application, sensors, and manual override mechanisms. He also facilitated the seamless integration of my vehicle with the garage door system. Both individuals served as outstanding representatives of the organization. Even though I rarely write reviews about a service I received, I couldn’t wait to write this one. This was a request to have someone come out and make my garage door opener less noisy. Scott King was my technician and he said he could reduce the noise by adjusting and oiling the rollers with parts he had with him. The charge would be $1,440. I reluctantly agreed to have him do this adjustment. Scott worked on the door for about an hour. I admit this did somewhat improve the loud cranky noise my garage door opener was making. But I felt it was still too loud. Scott patiently explained that the motor unit chain was likely causing some of the noise because it was very old and was getting weak. At one point during our discussion and door testing, the opener stopped working entirely! Then I was starting to worry about possibly having to pay for a new motor too! But suddenly, the door began to work again, we don’t know why. Scott saw that I wasn’t happy with the result of this service so he excused himself and called his boss. In the end, Precision decided to provide a new motor free of charge to help make up for my disappointment. I paid no more than $1,440. I felt this was very considerate of Scott and his boss and showed the level of importance that customer satisfaction holds at Precision. I was treated fairly and am very satisfied. Thank you Scott for your courteousness and professionalism!
