He even went so far to educate me on my problem with my garage door so that in the future it should happen again I would know what to do. He was very knowledgeable about the type of garage door and system that I had and what to expect in the near future so as to prevent more damage. First, loved the ability to immediately book an appointment online without waiting for someone to call us back. Many same-day options were available! Shawn showed up right on time, after texting to confirm he was on his way. He diagnosed our problems quickly and documented his findings along with photos in an email to us. He gave us quotes for two different repair options on the spot, with fair prices. He had all the materials needed in his truck and completed the door opener and spring replacement in just one hour, including hard wired, remote control and keypad options. Wow!
