I experienced a catastrophic failure of my garage door, which required a new garage door system. Precision Garage Door Service was quick to respond. I had the pleasure of dealing with Robbie (tech providing the estimate and removed the old door on day of service) and Ryan and Jalen (techs installing the new door system). They were all thorough, courteous, and professional. It became quickly obvious they were extremely knowledgable. I was shocked that Ryan and Jalen completed the work in two hours. I'm very pleased with the service and the new door system. Thank you!

Update: After reading my original review, someone from the corporate office reached out and ensured everything was made whole and we are now very happy with our door. Thank you! Original Review: I feel as though we paid really good money to have our garage door replaced, which wasn’t broken, just had aesthetics we were not pleased with. We were given a quote that I thought was high, but assumed by previous reviews, we would receive top-notch service. However, I was wrong!! No one ever called to schedule installation….I had to call to inquire why we hadn’t heard from them 3 weeks after the signing of the contract. When I called, they said they had openings, which led me to inquire as to why they hadn’t called me as soon as the door was available to install. Having paid 50% up front, I was definitely interested in receiving the product. They then came and installed the door while my husband was home. They never installed the window inserts we ordered and never once said that they did not receive them from the manufacturer. They just took final payment and left. When I arrived home, I noticed the inserts were missing. I called them first thing the following morning and there was no apology, just a statement of blaming the manufacturer. So here we are, 6 calendar days later with no schedule for completion or definitive communication of when we will receive the product to fulfill the contract we signed with the company. Very disappointing! I would have gladly paid $1500 less for a company that did not seem so fabulous on the public reviews.

Trevor (Technician) was very professional. He called me before arrival and was on time. He was neat and did a good job replacing the springs on my garage door. It works as good as new. I’ll definitely use them again.
