Trevor was on time for the scheduled appointment. He notified me when he was on the way. Checked my garage door. It’s worked since the 90’s but was the old Craftsman motor was ready to retire. Trevor installed a new Genie for me that is so much quieter than the old dinosaur. Fast, friendly, and affordable. I was able to make a decision for a new garage door and the ball was rolling. My garage door was a special size and it took about month and half for the manufacture, delivery, installation. I was also given the option to finance the work order. Cut and dry, no delays, work completed as described. Installation team on time, had all the equipment needed. I was concerned about my garage door all the noise the door was making and several times I would try to close it and it would open again by itself So I called Precision door service The next day 2 very professional service technician showed up and serviced my door While in the middle of servicing we got talking about the cost of replacing the motor for the door It was making a lot of noise So for a very fare price ( I thought so) I asked if they could replace the motor They had everything on their truck I wish to Thank Andrew & Nathan for the professional service And quick response Of Precision Overhead Garage Door service
