When I called the company, they were quick to answer, honest and upfront and very knowledgeable! Not only did I call at ten a m they had somebody at my house by one. Had to have a motor replaced. He had several different types on board and ready to go. The technician was very knowledgeable and very polite. Plus he was done within an hour! I called Precision at 3:50 this afternoon, and Phillip was here by 4:30! The spring had broken along with a few other pieces. Phillip offered 3 different options for the repair. Phillip answered all my questions and had completed the job by 6. He was friendly and professional and did a great job! Update to Jan 2026: When the weather got colder a few months ago, it started taking half a dozen tries to get my garage door fully open. So I called Precision. Trevor checked out a quick fix that might have worked for a while, but no luck. And since my motor was over 30 years old, we decided I needed a new one. Trevor explained all the features of the 3 options, and I chose the one with all the "bells and whistles". The new motor is very smooth and quiet and even includes a security camera! Trevor was friendly and professional and did a great job!
