Original Review: I feel as though we paid really good money to have our garage door replaced, which wasn’t broken, just had aesthetics we were not pleased with. We were given a quote that I thought was high, but assumed by previous reviews, we would receive top-notch service. However, I was wrong!! No one ever called to schedule installation….I had to call to inquire why we hadn’t heard from them 3 weeks after the signing of the contract. When I called, they said they had openings, which led me to inquire as to why they hadn’t called me as soon as the door was available to install. Having paid 50% up front, I was definitely interested in receiving the product. They then came and installed the door while my husband was home. They never installed the window inserts we ordered and never once said that they did not receive them from the manufacturer. They just took final payment and left. When I arrived home, I noticed the inserts were missing. I called them first thing the following morning and there was no apology, just a statement of blaming the manufacturer. So here we are, 6 calendar days later with no schedule for completion or definitive communication of when we will receive the product to fulfill the contract we signed with the company. Very disappointing! I would have gladly paid $1500 less for a company that did not seem so fabulous on the public reviews.
