    The garage door spring broke at my parent's house. I called late on Tuesday, and was given the first Wednesday appointment. Trevor was awesome! :) He explained the options to fix the door and helped me select a full repair/replacement of parts with a warranty to make the door safe again for my elderly parents. Trevor also installed a brand new garage door opener at their house for me last summer. :) My mom was extremely happy with the opener and now the door being fixed...but sad that the door should not need any more repairs...which means she won't get to see Trevor. :)

    I got a Precision Garage Door installed a little over a year ago and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. When it was installed it was recommended to have a follow-up service at least a year out. I called for a service. The technician came out asked a few questions and told me the options he could pursue. I chose one and in less than an hour he gave me a complete rundown on what he did. To me it is important to see the same people when I interface with a company. The service technician was the person that was on the initial visit and worked up the door order. Consistency = stability

    Excellent service! We were headed out of town when we realized we needed Precision Garage Door Service. They were able to send someone the same day! Michael Ganning was our service guy and he even came ahead of is scheduled time. He explained the problem with the door, pointed out some things that would develop I to problems in the near future and fix it all. AND, we were still able to make our trip out of town . Thanks Precision Garage!
