The technician was friendly and described the problem. He offered options. #1>electronic parts replacement or #2> door operating drive assembly replacement. Based on age and condition, I chose #2. The technician reviewed, with me, the operation, features and warranty of the new equipment. Later that day, I called the technician and he told me how to program a newly purchased third remote. Had a complete overhaul on one door and the sensors on the other. Very quickly done, looks to be efficiently repaired, time will tell. Knowledgeable technician, Roy, who has a kind heart and was totally upfront with me. Cost was more than I figured but if it solves my problem, it's all in a day. Quick service, called afternoon of the 20th and he was here on morning of 21st as promised. I would recommend your business and, especially, your technician Roy.
