Excellent work and very professional

Great service, tech was on time and did a good job. My garage door is a two car, made of wood and is very heavy. Another company l contacted looked and advised they didn't work on wood doors, all they wanted to do was sell a new door and opener. Precision tech gave me a price and had all the parts for the repair on his truck; replaced opener, springs and programed remotes. Definitely would use them again and would recommend them.

Garage would not open. Called Precision on Friday evening and they came out extremely quickly Saturday morning . Service Specialist was very knowledgeable and accessed issue and fixed quickly. Also showed me how to do maintenance to keep garage door lasting longer. Found them online and made a good choice. Would definitely recommend.

Everybody at precision made it easy to work with them. They responded to texts, were on time, not pushy on upgrades which I did anyway to more than double the warranty of the installation of two completely new garage door systems. They stayed after to make sure everything was fitting properly after a few cycles & made any necessary adjustments before leaving they even gave me some tips on how to resolve common issues that are prone to happen with the garage doors so that I could fix it myself instead of having to call and wait for a technician to come out.
