    Garage door spring broke, could not open or close garage door, caught halfway position. I called Precision garage door company told them my problem, they sent team member EARLY next day. The technician had my garage door open right away, had his tablet with him and he showed me my options, cost and time frame for repair. I was able to make a decision for a new garage door and the ball was rolling. My garage door was a special size and it took about month and half for the manufacture, delivery, installation. I was also given the option to finance the work order. Cut and dry, no delays, work completed as described. Installation team on time, had all the equipment needed. Pleased, looks great, well satisfied.
