Mark diagnosed our problem on our 1994 overhead garage door opener as a costly repair and advised us against repairing such an old unit. Mark worked efficiently to install our new opener and explained how to operate thoroughly. I appreciated his professionalism! We chose also to purchase the better unit with the warranty included.
