Saw an ad on the local news for immediate service on my garage door when all the other garage door companies were going to have me wait days to get the door fixed and they couldn’t give me any sort of estimate of what to expect to pay—Precision not only had same day service, but they also gave me a pretty accurate estimate range on the phone then sent a BMF tech, David, out in a snowstorm to fix my door. He did an awesome job and a high quality human. Door is fixed, quieter than it’s ever been. Thanks!

Repair tech support was great very helpful in explaining my Repair. I am still waiting on my receipt for work performed called 3 time. Receptionist named Angel was very rude. Wow you pay then you get nothing once the money is taken a simple receipt.

Our garage door was loud and seemed to be working harder than it should when opening and closing. Precision Door came out within 24 hours to assess the situation. They gave us multiple options to fix the issue. We decided to upgrade to a more quiet model. The technician was London B. He did a great job going over everything with us. He was done in about an hour. He calibrated our spring, replaced our garage door wheels, and replaced the motor. We highly recommend this company and ask for London B!!! He was great!

I bought my new house recently and the garage door remote was not working. Precision Garage Door came and in 2 houurs set up the new opener that comes with a camera and works with a 3rd party phone app. Excelent.
