He showed me all of the opener options and answered all of my questions regarding the differences and benefits of each. He was friendly, professional, and quick! He even used his ladder to replace light bulbs in my garage that I couldn't reach. His attention to detail, including greasing squeaky hinges and springs, was top notch. I felt the overall pricing was actually lower than what I was expecting. The price I was shown was inclusive of all install and tax and it was very fair and reasonable.
