David was great! He listened to what I needed and made the best recommendations for me. He showed me all of the opener options and answered all of my questions regarding the differences and benefits of each. He was friendly, professional, and quick! He even used his ladder to replace light bulbs in my garage that I couldn't reach. His attention to detail, including greasing squeaky hinges and springs, was top notch. I felt the overall pricing was actually lower than what I was expecting. The price I was shown was inclusive of all install and tax and it was very fair and reasonable.

Needed my garage door opener replaced. The technicians called prior to arrival and were right on time. They inspected my door, all the mechanisms, wiring, etc. and gave me an estimate. They were able to perform all the work, including the updated wiring today as they had everything that was needed on their truck. They were very knowledgeable and were able to give me a detailed explanation of what had failed on my old opener and how the new opener would prevent the issues moving forward. After the installation was completed they were able to show me all of the features of the new opener and made sure that everything worked correctly. I appreciated their courteous service, knowledge and hard work in the cold weather. Thank you!!
