I've used Precision several times in the past. I really can't say enough good things about our last experience! Andrew called before coming (promptly during the stated arrival window) & a photo was automatically sent in advance (for security purposes). He was very personable, knowledgeable, and explained my options well. He did a new install with a solid one piece rail (instead of the 3 or 4 pieced together rails that comes with the "Big Box Store" do-it-yourself kits). I also wanted an opener with a steel reinforced belt instead of a chain. He adjusted my coils so that the door works easily by hand and stays open (in case in a power failure). This was a bit of a problem the last time we had our electricity go out. However, I had added insulation to the door, which added additional weight... since the last time the coils had been adjusted. I didn't think about that balance issue that the additional weight could cause. But, he adjusted the coils to solve that problem and also lubed the door and cleaned up his work space nicely. The new opener has a smooth & quiet operation! Andrew was very professional and I would highly recommend both Andrew and Precision to anyone that need service on their garage door or opener!

I called around 10:00, the representative was here before noon and the service technician was here around 2:00, was very knowledgeable, began work immediately and didn’t stop until he finished. He did an excellent job, explained what and why he was doing as he did it. When he finished he cleaned up and show me how the equipment worked. He also reconfigured the opener in my Lexus before he left. He also provided an invoice for his work, which a previous company (last year) was unable to provide. We were very happy with his work and professionalism.

Woke up to a broken door spring and almost wasn't able to get the car out. Called several companies from 8-9am on a weekday with no answer. Then found Precision and they answered immediately. In a single phone call I was booked for 2-4 the same day. I asked for a 30 minute phone call from the tech so I could leave work in time to meet him. Daren called at 1:30 and told me he should arrive by 2:15. He showed up promptly at 2:15 ready to replace the spring. House is 15 years old so he recommended some other maintenance items as well. It was refreshing to deal with a company that has their service model streamlined. These days it seems like getting anything done is so difficult because most companies can barely answer the phone!
