Scheduling was really easy. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and very nice. It didn't take long to get a technician to come out. The sent me a text ahead of time with a picture of the person responding, which I think is a good thing. Matt did an exceptional job and went out of his way to show us some other stuff. I will definitely recommend Precision to others!
