On Saturday about noon I realized that one of my garage doors would not close. I called Precision and was able to schedule an appointment for between 6:15 pm and 8:15 pm, which I thought was very responsive for a weekend. About 5:00 I received a call from Dylan Davis, the tech assigned to the call, saying that he could come earlier because he had wrapped up his prior job. Upon his very much appreciated earlier arrival he did an immediate assessment of the situation on one door and pointed out the age of the opener on the second door. After review, Dylan recommended the overhaul of the springs, rollers, bearings, drums and cables and the replacement of both openers. He indicated that he had all the parts he needed on the truck and could do the job that evening, which I thought was amazing. I authorized him to move ahead and Dylan got to work and spent over four hours replacing parts and installing the openers on both doors. He worked methodically and steadily. I was impressed with his dedication to the job, his knowledge of the process of replacing quite a few parts and his ability to explain what he had done and how to operate the two new openers, which are a whole lot quieter than the prior openers. I was very appreciative of Dylan offering to do the repairs/replacements on a Saturday evening as making alternate arrangements would have been difficult. Based on Dylan's performance and representation of Precision Garage Door Service, I would recommend Precision wholeheartedly.

Darren came out and was on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself. Took him about 45 minutes to replace the cables, springs, and new rollers. I checked not sure on price just because I have no idea what stuff like this should cost. I definitely don’t feel that we got taken advantage of. We also got a 10 year warranty.

Christian was very polite and professional. He even let my toddler watch as he worked. Fixed our garage door in no time. I have no frame of reference but price seemed reasonable for all the parts he replaced and a 10 year warranty. Highly recommend!
